Russia and China say relationship at highest ever level, not directed against anyone

Russia and China said in a joint declaration on Tuesday that their bilateral relationship had reached its highest level ever but that it was not directed against any other country.

They issued the statement after two days of talks between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping in Moscow.
