Woman shot dead in UP

A woman was on Wednesday shot dead in TP Nagar area here by some unidentified assailants, police said.

Anjali Garg (35) was returning home after purchasing milk when the incident took place, Additional SP, Piyush Kumar Singh, said.

The woman was involved in a dispute with her husband and also had differences with her in-law over a property.

Singh said a probe is on from all angles and attempts are on to nab the assailants.
