Berlin: Ukraine dam collapse violation of international law

The destruction of Ukraine's Kakhovka dam was a violation of international law, said a German government spokesperson on Wednesday.

Among the aid sent to Ukraine for those affected by the destruction were generators, drip filters and tents, said German foreign ministry spokesperson at a regular news conference.
