Mexico's top court strikes down part of overhaul of electoral body

Mexico's Supreme Court on Thursday ruled to strike down part of legislation passed earlier this year that overhauls the country's electoral authority.

The legislation had been backed by President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador.
