US pledges $65 mln in support for Haiti's police to tackle gangs
U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken pledged an additional $65 million on Friday to help Haiti's police, which is struggling to combat gang violence in the Caribbean country.
He also urged the U.N. Security Council to formally back the deployment of a multinational security mission to Haiti to help the country's police.
