Karabakh Armenians: all ethnic Armenians who want to leave will have that opportunity

The ethnic Armenian leadership of the breakaway region of Nagorno-Karabakh said on Monday that all those who wished to leave for Armenia after Azerbaijan's military operation last week would have the opportunity to.
