Bombay HC dismisses Vijay Mallya appeal, seeking stay on ED's request before trial court

Bombay HC dismisses the appeal filed by Vijay Mallya seeking a stay on ED's request before the trial court to initiate proceedings against him under the Fugitive Economic Act.

ED wants Mallya to be declared as a fugitive economic offender & his properties to be confiscated under the act.
