Kremlin dismisses WSJ report on alleged Wagner plan to send air defence system to Hezbollah

The Kremlin on Friday dismissed a Wall Street Journal report which said the United States had intelligence that Russia's Wagner mercenary group planned to provide Hezbollah with air defence equipment.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that "de-facto" Wagner did not exist, and that such allegations were - as a rule - baseless.
