New York state sues PepsiCo over environmental matter -court records

New York state sued PepsiCo on Wednesday in connection with an environmental matter, including the causing of a public nuisance, court records show.

The lawsuit is being filed in a state court in upstate Erie County, which includes Buffalo. A copy of the complaint was not immediately available.
