China foreign minister to go to US to host Security Council session on Israel-Hamas

China Foreign Minister Wang Yi will go to New York on Nov. 29 to host the United Nation's Security Council session on the Israel-Hamas issue, the Chinese foreign ministry said on Monday.
"China hopes that by hosting this meeting, we can do our part to help realise a ceasefire," spokesperson Wang Wenbin said in a regular press briefing.
