Russia's Putin arrives in Kaliningrad - RIA

Russian President Vladimir Putin has arrived in Kaliningrad, the RIA news agency reported on Thursday, on a planned working trip to the Russian territory that borders NATO members Poland and Lithuania.

RIA cited Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov as saying that "militaristic statements" from Baltic countries posed a risk to the Kaliningrad region.
