Montenegro's court delays extradition of Terraform Lab co-founder Do Kwon to South Korea

Montenegro's top court on Friday decided to delay the extradition of Terraform Labs co-founder Do Kwon to South Korea until a ruling on the protection of legality has been made, the court said on it website.

The Supreme court's council acted after the country's Supreme State Prosecution Office had filed a request for the protection of legality in the case, the court said.
