Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) General Anil Chauhan underscored the importance of robust cyber defenses during his visit to Exercise Cyber Suraksha – 2024 today.

The four-day exercise, currently underway by the Defence Cyber Agency, brings together participants from various military and national organizations. It aims to:

Enhance cyber defense capabilities: Participants will develop their skills, techniques, and knowledge in defending against cyber threats.

Promote collaboration: The exercise fosters a collaborative environment where participants can share best practices and work towards a unified national cyber defense strategy.

Strengthen national security: By improving joint planning and preparation, Exercise Cyber Suraksha – 2024 strengthens India's ability to defend itself in the cyber domain.

General Chauhan praised the initiative for its focus on collaboration among stakeholders, which he highlighted as critical in today's cyber landscape. He commended the participants and staff for their dedication to this important exercise.
