Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on Thursday that Moscow does not build military alliances or blocs, including with China.
Zakharova was responding to a reporter's question about the possibility of Moscow and Beijing sealing an alliance that might go beyond the "no limits" partnership they declared in 2022.
