The tragic incident occurred when terrorists opened fire on a bus transporting pilgrims, leading to the death of nine individuals and injuring 41 others as the vehicle veered off the road and plunged into a deep gorge.

The district administration has set up a control room to provide necessary support to the victims, while efforts to apprehend those responsible for the attack continue, the spokesperson added.
