In a heartbreaking display of bravery, 21-year-old Saurav Gupta lost his life during a terror attack on a bus in Jammu. Despite shots being fired, Gupta attempted to raise an alarm but was tragically struck by a bullet.

Gupta was among nine pilgrims killed in the incident while traveling to the Vaishno Devi shrine alongside his wife, Shivani Gupta, who survived the attack but sustained serious injuries.

His body was brought back to Delhi for cremation, with grief-stricken family members sharing their memories of his bravery and strong will.
