In a shocking turn of events, Satnam Singh, a 31-year-old Indian laborer in Italy, tragically lost his life due to criminal negligence. Working in a vegetable field near Rome, Singh's arm was severed by heavy machinery, and instead of receiving immediate medical attention, he was dumped on the roadside by his employer.

The Indian Embassy in Rome acknowledged the unfortunate demise of Singh and assured that they are in contact with local authorities to provide consular assistance. Singh, who hailed from Punjab, had reportedly been working in Italy under harsh conditions.

According to Italian media, Singh's employer, Antonello Lovato, who is now under investigation for criminal negligence and manslaughter, left Singh and his wife near their home in a van. Local residents heard Singh's wife's desperate screams for help, but it took over an hour and a half for medical help to arrive. Despite being airlifted to a hospital in Rome, Singh succumbed to his injuries.
