In a shocking turn of events in Rajasthan's Pratapgarh district, a brick kiln owner was allegedly stabbed to death after a heated argument with a nearby dhaba owner. The incident escalated as family members and local residents set the dhaba and a liquor shop ablaze and blocked a highway, prompting a tense standoff with the police.

According to Pratapgarh police, the 38-year-old brick kiln owner had an ongoing dispute with the dhaba owner over dust from the kiln. This culminated in a violent confrontation on Monday night, leading to the owner's fatal stabbing by a group that included the dhaba owner himself.

Amidst rising tensions, additional police forces were deployed to maintain order, and investigations are ongoing with the main accused in custody and teams actively searching for the remaining culprits. The victim's body has been kept in the district hospital's mortuary, awaiting postmortem.
