Court Grants Bail to Businessman Mauris Noronha's Bodyguard

A Mumbai court has granted bail to Amarendra Singh, the bodyguard of businessman Mauris Noronha, whose firearm was allegedly involved in the murder of Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Abhishek Ghosalkar.

Judge V M Pathade questioned the validity of the evidence, noting no material suggested Singh's complicity in the crime. The court did not find any evidence to prove Singh was at the crime scene during the murder-suicide incident in Borivali.

This bail decision was made after Singh's additional plea followed the police chargesheet, with the court highlighting the lack of credible evidence against Singh in the murder case.
