Rajasthan Prepares for Second National Lok Adalat with 512 Benches
The second National Lok Adalat in Rajasthan will be held on Saturday, featuring 512 benches in subordinate courts across the state. Organized by the Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority, it will involve both online and offline hearings in the high courts, subordinate courts, revenue courts, and consumer forums to settle pre-litigation and pending cases.

The second National Lok Adalat will take place on Saturday, with plans to establish 512 benches in subordinate courts throughout Rajasthan. This follows announcements from Hari Om Attari, Member Secretary of the Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority (RALSA).
According to Attari, the event will be held on July 13, featuring participation from the public to resolve cases through persuasion and compromise. In addition to the Rajasthan High Court's Jodhpur and Jaipur benches, it also extends to state-wide subordinate courts, revenue courts, consumer forums, and other administrative tribunals.
Attari revealed that the Lok Adalat will handle cases both online and offline. Official figures indicate that, as of July 9, a staggering 5,72,905 pre-litigation cases and 4,70,376 pending cases have been earmarked for hearing.
