Additionally, Krishna district SP Adnan Nayeem Asmi was reassigned to West Godavari district, replacing Ajitha Vejendla, who is now posted as deputy commissioner of police - 1 Visakhapatnam city, among others.

Moreover, nine IPS officers were instructed to report to the office of the director general of police, Ch Dwaraka Tirumala Rao, for further postings.
