Andhra Pradesh Government's Major IPS Reshuffle

The Andhra Pradesh government has transferred 37 IPS officers in a significant reshuffle a month after N Chandrababu Naidu's NDA government assumed power. Key transfers include KV Murali Krishna to Anantapur, Vakul Jindal to Vizianagaram, and Adnan Nayeem Asmi to West Godavari. Nine officers were directed to report for further postings.

The Andhra Pradesh government has enacted a major reshuffle, transferring 37 IPS officers across the state, a month after N Chandrababu Naidu's NDA government took charge.

An order by Chief Secretary Neerabh Kumar Prasad stated that Anakapalli district SP KV Murali Krishna would be transferred to Anantapur district in the same capacity.

Elsewhere, Bapatla district SP Vakul Jindal will move to Vizianagaram district, replacing M Deepika, who has been reassigned to Anakapalli.

Additionally, Krishna district SP Adnan Nayeem Asmi was reassigned to West Godavari district, replacing Ajitha Vejendla, who is now posted as deputy commissioner of police - 1 Visakhapatnam city, among others.

Moreover, nine IPS officers were instructed to report to the office of the director general of police, Ch Dwaraka Tirumala Rao, for further postings.
