Interim Governor Alexei Smirnov confirmed that none of the factory workers were harmed in the Kursk incident, although an explosive device injured one person in a private household. Ukrainian authorities have not yet commented on the attacks, which Reuters could not independently verify.

Russia's Defence Ministry claimed that air defence systems successfully neutralized 13 Ukrainian drones overnight. Vyacheslav Gladkov, Belgorod's governor, indicated four people were injured due to shelling, while an additional person was wounded in Voronezh. These events have prompted discussions about evacuating residents from villages near the Ukrainian border.
