Key legislative items include the Arunachal Pradesh Amending Bill, 2024, the Public Examination (Measures to Prevent Unfair Means in Recruitment) Bill, 2024, and the Jhum Land Regulation (Amendment) Bill, 2024. Speaker Tesam Pongte chaired a Business Advisory Committee meeting to plan the session's agenda, with representatives from various political parties attending. The BJP, with 46 seats, commands substantial support in the 60-member House.
