Serial Vehicle Thief Nabbed in Maharashtra’s Palghar District

Police in Maharashtra’s Palghar district apprehended 24-year-old history-sheeter Arbaz Atik Misal for allegedly stealing a vehicle. The theft occurred in June, and the accused was arrested on July 15 in Nallasopara. Authorities recovered the stolen vehicle and linked Misal to multiple other theft cases.

Police in Maharashtra’s Palghar district have arrested a 24-year-old history-sheeter, Arbaz Atik Misal, for allegedly stealing a vehicle, an official said on Friday. The incident involved an Eco car parked in front of a house at Sakwar in Virar, which was stolen in June.

After investigating several leads, law enforcement officials successfully apprehended Misal from Nallasopara on July 15 and managed to recover the stolen vehicle from him.

Senior inspector Pramod Badakh of the Crime Unit - III of Mira-Bhayandar, Vasai-Virar Police revealed that Misal has a history of involvement in various theft cases, including vehicles and cattle.
