Teen Tragedy: Boy Beaten to Death Over Alleged Relationship

In a tragic incident, a 17-year-old boy named Shivam was brutally beaten to death by his own family members in a village over his alleged relationship with a 15-year-old girl, the police reported on Saturday.

The incident occurred on Friday evening as Shivam went to meet the girl, and his family caught him in the act. Enraged, they tied him to a tree and mercilessly thrashed him, authorities said. Upon receiving a distress call, the police rushed to the scene and immediately transported him to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.

Circle Officer Pratik Dahiya stated that an investigation into the case is ongoing, and an FIR is in the process of being lodged. The body has been sent for a postmortem examination.
