Tragic Suicide: Man Found Hanging in Home

A 32-year-old man, Sandeep Shokeen, allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself at his home. Family members discovered him and took him to the hospital, where he was declared dead. Authorities are awaiting the postmortem report and conducting further inquiries.

A 32-year-old man, identified as Sandeep Shokeen, allegedly committed suicide on Sunday by hanging himself at his residence, officials reported.

On receiving a PCR call, police arrived at the Chhawla police station and discovered Shokeen hanging in his room. Family members had broken down the door and transported him to the nearest hospital, where he was pronounced dead by medical staff.

'Following the postmortem report, necessary action will be taken, and further inquiry into the matter is underway,' stated a senior police officer.
