Bangladeshi National Arrested in Maharashtra for Illegally Staying in India

In a significant arrest, a 41-year-old Bangladeshi national has been taken into custody in Maharashtra's Thane district for allegedly residing in the country without valid documentation, police confirmed on Friday.
The accused, identified as Mitun Abul Manda from Chuadanga district of Bangladesh, was apprehended from Temghar Naka area of Bhiwandi on Thursday by Shanti Nagar police.
Authorities revealed that Manda entered India before 2015 and managed to acquire a fabricated Aadhaar card, PAN card, and passport. He now faces charges under the IPC, Passport Rules, and Foreign National Regulations.
