Jaishankar Strengthens Diplomatic Ties at ASEAN Meetings

Among the leaders he met were Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, South Korean counterpart Cho Tae-yul, and several others from countries including Singapore, Indonesia, and New Zealand.
