Teen Girl Pushed Off Terrace Amid Dispute in Aman Vihar

A 17-year-old girl in Rohini's Aman Vihar was allegedly pushed off a terrace by her neighbor during a property dispute. Police have registered charges under several sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita against the accused, Munish alias Monu. Investigations are ongoing, with multiple teams deployed to apprehend the suspect.

A 17-year-old girl was pushed from the terrace of a single-storey house in Rohini's Aman Vihar area during a property dispute, police said on Saturday.

A video of the incident surfaced online, showing the accused, identified as Munish alias Monu, slapping the girl and pushing her off the terrace, causing her to fall onto the road.

The incident occurred in Karan Vihar, Kirari Suleman Nagar, on Thursday at 4 pm. Police arrived at the scene and subsequently took the victim to MGM Hospital, where they recorded her statement and obtained her Medico-Legal Certificate.

A case has been registered against Monu under sections 115, 126(2), and 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. Further investigations are underway to apprehend the suspect, with multiple police teams involved in the search.
