Doctor's Car Targeted in Alleged Professional Rivalry Shooting

Four individuals have been arrested for allegedly firing at the car of Dr. Ravishankar Pal, a hospital owner in Thane district's Murbad. The attack, which occurred on July 1, appears to stem from a professional rivalry. The main accused, Dr. Ramchandra Bhoir, remains at large.

In a shocking turn of events, four people have been taken into custody for allegedly opening fire on the vehicle of Dr. Ravishankar Pal, a hospital owner in Murbad, Thane district, according to a police official on Sunday.

The incident took place on July 1 when the car belonging to Dr. Pal, who manages a hospital in Saralgaon, came under attack by unidentified assailants. Authorities soon linked the shooting to a professional dispute between two doctors.

Police have identified the main suspect as Dr. Ramchandra Bhoir, who is currently evading capture. Meanwhile, four individuals—Suresh Okhore, Bhushan Pawar, Gaurav Tungar, and Dnyaneshwar Sable—were apprehended on Saturday. Another suspect, Vijay Wagh, remains wanted in connection to the case, the official added.
