A tragic building collapse in Rajsamand district, Rajasthan, claimed the lives of four labourers and injured six others, authorities announced on Tuesday.
The incident occurred during the construction of a community hall in the Khamnor area, trapping ten labourers under the debris on Monday night. Rajsamand Collector Bhanwar Lal provided updates on the rescue and ongoing medical treatments.
Two labourers died instantly, while two others succumbed to their injuries during treatment. Five injured individuals are receiving care at the Rajsamand district hospital, with one in critical condition admitted to the Udaipur district hospital. The deceased were identified as Kalu Lal, Shanti Lal, Bhagwati Lal, and Bhanwar Lal.
