Russia Initiates Third Phase of Tactical Nuclear Drills

Russia has launched the third phase of its drills to practice the deployment of tactical nuclear weapons, according to a statement from the defence ministry on Wednesday.

"In line with the decision of the President of the Russian Federation, the third stage of the non-strategic nuclear forces exercise has begun," the ministry confirmed.
