China has dismissed Germany's accusations of a 'so-called cyber intrusion,' asserting that the allegations are baseless. The Chinese embassy in Germany firmly rejected claims of China-related cyber threats in a statement issued late on Wednesday.

Germany's accusations stem from a 2021 cyberattack on its federal cartography agency, which Berlin attributes to espionage activities by China. In response, Germany has summoned the Chinese ambassador to Berlin to issue a formal complaint.
