Reports hinting at a major prisoner exchange involving Russia, Belarus, the United States, Germany, Slovenia, and Britain gained momentum as several Russian dissidents and activists reportedly disappeared from their prisons.

'I still do not give any comments,' Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated during a regular press briefing.
