Eight Rescued from Hillock Temple After Stream Floods in Madhya Pradesh

Eight individuals trapped at Kedareshwar temple in Madhya Pradesh's Shivpuri district were successfully rescued after rising stream waters stranded them. The State Disaster Emergency Response Force (SDERF) intervened and completed the rescue operation by 10pm on Saturday.

Eight persons who were trapped in Kedareshwar temple on a hillock in Shivpuri district, Madhya Pradesh, have been rescued after the water level of a nearby stream rose, an official announced on Sunday.

The incident occurred on Saturday evening near Pohri town, as detailed by Sub Divisional Officer of Police (SDOP) Surjeet Singh Bhadoriya.

According to Bhadoriya, the trapped individuals were saved after the State Disaster Emergency Response Force (SDERF) promptly arrived at the scene and executed the rescue operation by 10pm.
