Jharkhand Police have arrested 94 individuals in a targeted operation aimed at apprehending persons wanted for a range of crimes, according to an official statement released Monday.
The detainees were implicated in property-related crimes as well as offenses under the Arms Act. The arrests took place during a special drive in the Ranchi Zone.
Significantly, of the 94 arrests, 35 occurred in Ranchi, 20 in Gumla, 19 in Jamshedpur, 12 in Seraikela-Kharsawan, 6 in Chaibasa, and 2 in Khunti. This initiative highlights the law enforcement's commitment to curbing criminal activities in the region.
