UPSC to Communicate Cancellation Order to Puja Khedkar in Two Days

The UPSC has informed the Delhi High Court that it will communicate its order cancelling Puja Khedkar's IAS candidature within two days. The court asked Khedkar to provide her address and said the order should be supplied both physically and electronically. She allegedly misrepresented information in her application.

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has assured the Delhi High Court that it will notify former probationary Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer Puja Khedkar of the cancellation of her candidature within two days.

The court reviewed the submissions and instructed Khedkar to provide her address for receiving the order both physically and electronically. It was mentioned that Khedkar should approach the Central Administrative Tribunal for other reliefs related to the matter.

Khedkar's lawyer stated that she was unaware of the cancellation order until a press release was issued. UPSC's lawyer confirmed that the official order would be communicated to Khedkar via email and her last known address.
