Former Probationary IAS Officer's Father Booked for Threatening Public Servant
Police have registered a case against Dilip Khedkar, father of ex-IAS officer Puja Khedkar, for threatening and obstructing a public servant. The complaint was lodged by a tehsildar-rank officer. Dilip allegedly tried to secure a cabin for Puja. Additionally, UPSC debarred Puja for misrepresenting information.

Police have taken legal action against Dilip Khedkar, father of former probationary IAS officer Puja Khedkar, on charges of threatening and obstructing a public servant in Pune district. The incident stemmed from a complaint by a tehsildar-rank officer from the Pune district collectorate.
According to officials, Dilip Khedkar allegedly used threatening language to coerce tehsildar Dipak Akade into allotting a cabin for his daughter, despite having no official authority to do so. This incident occurred during Puja Khedkar's tenure as an assistant collector.
Complicating matters further, the Union Public Service Commission has not only cancelled Puja Khedkar's selection but also permanently banned her from future exams after she was accused of misrepresenting information in her UPSC Civil Services Examination application. She remains untraceable following the filing of an FIR in Delhi.
