The Upper House adjourned sine die earlier than scheduled after a session filled with heated exchanges and sloganeering. The uproar began when Opposition members demanded an apology from BJP MP Ghanshyam Tiwari for allegedly insulting Kharge, which Dhankhar denied, citing a prior settlement.

BJP leaders, including Jagat Prakash Nadda and Shivraj Singh Chouhan, condemned the actions of the Opposition, labeling their behavior as highly indecent and irresponsible. Dhankhar referred to these disturbances as attempts to throttle democratic debate, urging the nation to recognize the gravity of the situation.
