Arunachal Pradesh Police Nab Suspected Heroin Dealers
Arunachal Pradesh police arrested three individuals allegedly involved in drug peddling. Authorities seized suspected heroin worth Rs 4.5 lakh from their possession near Shiv Mandir. The accused admitted to sourcing drugs from Assam and selling them in Itanagar Capital Region. They face charges under the NDPS Act.

In a significant bust, Arunachal Pradesh police have arrested three individuals suspected of heroin trafficking.
Following a tip-off, authorities intercepted the suspects near Shiv Mandir, seizing suspected heroin valued at Rs 4.5 lakh. Police confirmed the quantity as 32.79 grams.
During interrogation, the suspects admitted to procuring the drugs from Harmuti, Assam, and distributing them within the Itanagar Capital Region (ICR). Capital Superintendent of Police, Rohit Rajbir Singh, stated that a case under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act has been lodged against the trio.
