Tragic Incident in Begusarai: Family Found Dead, Minor Boy Injured

Police recovered the bodies of three family members from their home in Tatha Rashidpur village, Begusarai. A minor boy was found severely injured. The deceased were identified as Sanjeevan Singh, his wife Sangeeta Devi, and their daughter. An investigation is ongoing to determine the cause of death.

In a tragic incident in Tatha Rashidpur village, Begusarai, police on Saturday recovered the bodies of three family members, including a minor girl, from their residence, officials stated. A severely injured minor boy was also found in the house.

The deceased have been identified as 45-year-old Sanjeevan Singh, his 35-year-old wife Sangeeta Devi, and their 10-year-old daughter Sapna Kumari. The couple’s son, 5-year-old Anshu Kumar, was discovered critically injured and has been admitted to the nearest government hospital, where his condition is reported to be stable, according to a police statement.

SP Maneesh indicated that initial evidence suggests they might have been killed using a blunt object. The exact cause remains unknown as investigations proceed. Forensic experts and a dog squad have been called in to assist with the probe, and the relatives and neighbors of the deceased are being questioned to gather more information.
