School Van Driver Arrested for Assaulting Nursery Student in Jharkhand

The incident occurred on Friday in the Mango area, and the accused, Jaishree Tiwary, was arrested within three hours of the complaint being lodged by the victim's mother, according to Superintendent of Police Rishava Gard.

The victim, a three-and-a-half-year-old girl, reported stomach pain after returning from school and disclosed the crime to her mother. A special police team was formed to arrest Tiwary under the Pocso Act. The van has been impounded, and the police assured a chargesheet would be filed within a week.
