On August 13, 2024, Secretary of the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG), V. Srinivas, engaged in a bilateral meeting with H.E. Mr. Indra Mani Pandey, Secretary General of BIMSTEC, to explore collaboration opportunities between the National Centre for Good Governance (NCGG) and BIMSTEC countries. The Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multi-Sectoral Technical and Economic Cooperation (BIMSTEC) includes India, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Thailand, Nepal, and Sri Lanka. These countries, sharing common interests and governance challenges, stand to benefit from mutual learning and cooperation. Through this partnership, the NCGG aims to enhance governance practices and strengthen public policy frameworks within the region.
