Senior Rajasthan Police Officer Honored with President's Police Medal on Independence Day

The Union Home Ministry has awarded the President's Police Medal to senior Rajasthan Police officer Vijay Kumar Singh and the Police Medal to 14 other officers and employees on the 78th Independence Day. The awards recognize their outstanding contributions to law enforcement.

The Union Home Ministry has declared the recipients of the President's Police Medal and the Police Medal on the 78th Independence Day. Senior Rajasthan Police officer Vijay Kumar Singh, Additional Director General of Police (ATS and SOG), heads the list of honorees.

The prestigious awards aim to recognize exceptional contributions and gallantry in law enforcement. Other notable awardees include ASP Deva Ram of Jaisalmer, ASP Satish Kumar Yadav of Kaman, Deputy Commandant Surendra Singh of SDRF Jaipur, and Assistant Commandant Deep Chand Saharan of 3rd Battalion RAC Bikaner.

Further, Inspector Deepti Joshi of ATS Unit Kota, Police Inspector Jai Singh Rao of CID Unit Banswada, and Sub Inspector Manish Chaudhary of Jodhpur also feature among the awardees. Additional honorees include Sub Inspector Fateh Singh of Police Telecommunication Bhilwara, Head Constables Subhash Chandra and Atmaprakash Khairwal, along with Constables Ballu Ram, Sauraj Singh Meena, and Gulzari Lal Singh.
