A video of the event, which circulated online, showed the youth brandishing the Palestinian flag during the 'Tiranga Rally,' causing unrest among local Hindu leaders.

A district police spokesperson mentioned that a case has been filed under Section 197(2), related to assertions prejudicial to national integration, at the Kotwali Police Station.

'The suspect, identified as Rashid alias Munna, a local resident, was detained in front of a complex near Purva Ahiran,' an officer reported.
