Home Guard Arrested for Assaulting Three-Year-Old in Pratap Nagar

A home guard was taken into custody on Wednesday after allegedly sexually assaulting a three-year-old girl in Pratap Nagar, authorities confirmed.

The suspect, identified as Kishan Lal Jingar (44), faces charges under the POCSO Act following the incident, which occurred near the child's residence on Tuesday evening.

Choudhary explained that the child was playing outside her home when Jingar, riding a motorcycle, lured her onto his lap and began to molest her. Her screams alerted neighbors, prompting Jingar to flee the scene. The child's parents reported the incident, leading to his arrest after reviewing CCTV footage.
