Horror in Rohini: 52-Year-Old Man Accused of Raping Minor Girl During Occult Ritual

A 52-year-old man, Mohammad Sharif, allegedly raped a minor girl in a graveyard in Rohini, west Delhi. The perpetrator lured the 12-year-old under the pretense of performing occult rituals to cure her ill father. An FIR has been registered, and the investigation is ongoing.

A terrifying incident unfolded in Rohini, west Delhi, where a 52-year-old man allegedly raped a minor girl in a graveyard under the guise of occult rituals. The perpetrator, identified as Mohammad Sharif, reportedly lured the 12-year-old girl with promises of curing her ailing father.

According to the victim's complaint, Sharif invited her to the Kanjhawala graveyard to perform 'tantra' practices. Once there, he sexually assaulted the girl. The police received a call regarding the assault and immediately dispatched a team to the location.

A senior police officer confirmed that an FIR has been registered under section 65(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and Section 6 of the POCSO Act. The accused has been arrested, and the victim underwent a medical examination at Sanjay Gandhi Memorial Hospital. Further investigation is underway.
