In a tragic incident at a suburban Vikhroli dog training academy, a Great Dane fatally attacked its 22-year-old handler, Hasrat Ali, on Monday morning.

The assault led to Ali's death within hours, prompting police to register a First Information Report (FIR) under Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita section 106 (causing death by negligence) against the dog's owner.

According to police officials, the deceased had been responsible for handling the Great Dane for the past eight months. An investigation into the incident is currently underway.
