The state BJP has accused authorities of mismanagement, claiming that 10 candidates died due to inadequate safety measures during the drive.

Police have initiated an investigation into the deaths, ensuring that all centres were equipped with medical teams, ambulances, and other necessary facilities. However, BJP President Babulal Marandi has demanded a judicial probe, as well as compensation and jobs for the families of the deceased.
