Pakistani Ex-President Musharraf's Relative's Land Auctioned

A two-hectare land parcel in Kotana village linked to former Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf has been auctioned for Rs 1.38 crore. The property, declared as enemy property in 2010, was historically associated with Musharraf's family. The sale proceeds will go to the Ministry of Home Affairs' account.

A two-hectare land parcel in Kotana village, linked to former Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf, has been auctioned for Rs 1.38 crore, officials revealed on Friday.

The property was declared enemy property in 2010 and falls under the jurisdiction of the Custodian Of Enemy Property, a department under the Union Ministry of Home Affairs.

The land, initially valued at Rs 39.06 lakh, saw its auction finalised at 10.30 PM on Thursday. Proceeds from the sale will be deposited in the Ministry of Home Affairs’ account, according to senior Baghpat administration officials.
